The one problem with lift is it doesn't lift the I-beams of the front suspension and can make the camber positive - causing very bad front tire wear.
I knew a guy in high school who tried a similar lift on his Bronco and wore out the front tires in about 6 months. He eventually removed that lift and installed a 2" body lift to clear his 33"ers.
I just got done with this whole mess... I tried 2" Daystar spacers alone, and the alignment shop couldn't get my truck into stock alignment after several tries. I had brand new tires, and no way was I willing to kill em because of the spacers.
No, some guys can get their truck back in alignment after those springs, but not many. By the time you get the kit + cams + alignment, you are sitting around $400-$450, which is more then a full Rough Country kit.
I had to go with a 2.5" Rough Country lift that actually drops the axle pivots and radius arm brackets and I am back in stock alignment.
I don't see why that wouldn't work...you can call skyjacker tech and ask them about the alignment and getting it back into spec with the camber adjustment nuts.
