Coils is all you would need but youll run into some alignment issues. If you wanna do it get a small lift with drop brackets. And if you wanna level it you could just get these to save money http://www.ebay.com/itm/1981-1996-FORD-F150-2-LEVELING-LIFT-KIT-2WD-/140549966672?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1991%7CModel%3AF-150&hash=item20b96e4b50&vxp=mtr I ran them on my truck for awhile before my lift but it burned out my tires.

The smallest lift available is 4" and I wanna run stock 235-85r16 tires. Are those spacers or bushings? Do they have those for an F250 model? You didn't have alignment problems with that?

forgot that it was for a f250 , but those are spacers that go under your stock springs youll still have alignment problems but if you get adjustable camber bushings and a good alignment shop itll prob be fine. And i dont see why those wouldnt fit on an f250 its the same thing, but dont hold me to that.

I have a 91 F250 2wd and I too am in the same position as you.. I want to level it out without dropping the rear. I have a horrible 3.75" rake. I bought those skyjacker coils and took them to the best alignment shop in town. Bottom line is I had to return them as it would just put to much lift without drops brackets.

I did some research on the F150 4wd -F250 2wd. Some lift suppliers and use the same part numbers on some of the parts. You could possibly use those Coils with a F150/Bronco drop pitment arm and drop brackets. I would be tempted to try this with used parts but not ready to spend $1000.00 on new parts to lift it.

So you would advise not to get the 2" coils? I would try the coil spacers that were posted here but its for a F150 and im not sure it would hold the weight of a F250, but its 50 bucks so it might be worth the shot. The next option im still possibly considering is a 4" skyjacker lift and comes with everything you need, costs like 730$

As long as you dont have a diesel or a 460 then you should be fine with the weight

Put weight in the back, that will level it out. The reason pickups have rake is so they are level when loaded

I would advisee getting the 2" coils if you have the drop pitment arm and Drop Brackets. You might get lucky and will work but in my case it would not without worrying about premature wear on the tires and ball joints.

If you do end up with the coil spacers or the Skyjacker lift and things true up please let me know and post a pic. Keep in mind the Skyjacker Lift is not rated with the 460 so you may not get a full 4" lift.

I would get the 2" coils but they don't come with drop arms or brackets, and the 4" lift comes with all the tools. My truck has a 351

If you end up with the Skyjacker kit I would love to see how it looks. Let me know if you end up getting it.

Thanks
