Ok so not sure if this has been covered I couldn't find it in a search. When I bought my excursion it was 13 years old and not sure if this is the way it's suppose to work or not. I'm guessing not. When I hit the key pad or the door lock button on the driver door the rear window would never lock I would always have to use a key. Is that the way it's suppose to be or should it lock off the key pad or door switch. I was thinking the lock actuator on the window was bad because I can hear it trying to work. Second problem is now the key won't even lock it so I was going to get a new lock cylinder. Do I have to do anything special to key the lock cylinder to my key? Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks for the help
