Just a thought, if it is really how the pcm controls timing, valves and fuel would a chip solve the issue? Has anyone tried a chip and seen improvement?
My 2003 with under 10k miles is doing it badly and the dealer won't do anything about it. They actually said that it is a design flaw that has been repaired on my vehicle so it must not be a problem. They said that even after hearing it and refuse to tweak with the tranny shield.
