Right, no weighted tags as long as you're not using it commercially. Car trailers and cargo trailers are a big grey area that could land you in hot water though depending on what you're doing and how the officer interprets it.

I agree, my personal trailer hauls carries my chevelle and other cars, if it was a "for hire" situation that is another thing. The funny thing is a boat trailer could land me (or anyone) in hot water too as a boat is considered cargo.

At least they can't get you for having a faulty tongue on that trailer of yours. James #2 put the MoJo on that thing.
