Need ScanGuage Translation
I have a 2006 E350 with the 6.0.
Has a no start situation. I got a ScanguageII, and took readings on it. I think I'm correct saying the icp is the culprit? The guy I got it from said he thought it was the HPOP. The rig stopped while it was running on the freeway after loss of power.
I'm going to try to post a link to the video from my facebook here, hope it works.
I tried uploading the video to photobucket but it says videos are no longer supported. So hope it works.
Any help is appreciated.

(P.S. how do I add a signature line?)
I can't help you with your Scangauge, but you'll be able to add a signature after you have 10 posts. You'll find a link under User CP. Also, PhotoBucket is no longer the host of choice. For video many use YouTube, and photos can be hosted on FTE. (Unless that's also restricted for new accounts. When you're composing a message, do you have a little yellow square with mountains?)
Thanks!
For anyone that can chime in on the ScanGuage Reading, I pulled the ICP, the connector and the ICP were really oily.
I'm guessing that may be the no start culprit. BUT if anyone has any advice going by the data there I'm willing to listen.
Thanks again and thanks in advance!

Based on your above limited numbers it shows while cranking the IPR is attempting to close fully (84.7% is typically max) to create at least 500psi to run. Also with the way you described it dieing on the highway, I would first pull the IPR and check the screen and make sure it's clean and operational.
If the IPR checks out I would do an air test. You could have a blown out STC fitting on the high pressure pump. A leak that big should be able to be heard through the oil fill.
For the ICP, what is it's voltage key on engine off? It should be about .24v. If it's not, try unplugging it and then starting it.
Side note. Make sure the batteries are fully charged. A slow crank can also cause a no start. Also in your video the crank sounds uneven which usually indicates a mechanical issue such as broken rocker, rings, bent pushrod, broken valve bridge, ect...with loss of compression. Hopefully not and it was just bad audio.
Don't get so far ahead of yourself...........it can end up costing you mucho dinero if you start throwing parts at it hoping something sticks.
The forum is the place to ask around, you are among some experts when it comes to this drive train.
Did you try unplugging the ICP yet and starting it?
