Crank no start, need Input

Crank no start, need Input
Okay so I have a 06 f350 with the famous crank no start. I’m starting to pull my hair out
I hooked the scanner up
I have ficm sync
I have ficm power 48v
icp pressure was low 200s
so I just went ahead and replaced the obvious stuff weather it was bad or not, since I don’t have a shop and I’m not a macanhic. I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to my truck since these have so many issues. But I replaced the following that usually has to do with low icp
new hpop
new ipr sensor
new icp senor
new dummy plugs and stand pipes
didn’t do the low pressure pump cause I called ford and a couple diesel shops in my area and they said if I’m getting a oil reading on the dash then most likely it’s good.
i don’t have any leaks on my truck, well at least from what I can see, I just changed the oil and all my other fluids were good. So if anybody has any other ideas they can think of that would be appreciated.
i also put a new alternator on and got my batteries charged.
thanks

You have a HPO leak somewhere. Also, I hope you saved the old hpop, they really don't fail so it's likely good.
You need ICP to be over 500 for the injectors to fire.
Air-test should pinpoint your issue. https://www.accuratediesel.com/shop/251.html

EDT: also, post what city you are in .... there may be a local that can help... we are usually friendly.
EDT2: be sure you are charging your batteries so you dont kill your ficm

I’m in Baltimore md and where I do the air test since I’m not familiar with that should I put the air line in the icp port or ipr? And the hpop didn’t look bad but I figured since everything open why not replace it. Also what all should put back on to do the air test?
right now what I have off is
the intake
hot side pipe
both valve covers
ficm
batteries
and all the electrical that was i the way
thanks

Also this all happened within 3 days, I was having a couple rough starts then I started monitoring my icp with my tuner and
day one everything looked good no codes
day two icp was around 450 no codes
day three icp was around 230-350 and was killing the batteries cranking. But I still didn’t have any codes. I thought that was odd so I did some research on what to check for and here I am lol .

the air line goes in where the IPR goes. that adapter is really the best way to test with that air. You cannot use the IPR hole without that adapter.
If you already have it apart, put the HPO logs and the hpop back on. you can leave the valve and hpop cover off.
I have a design that I was going to make on my cnc (and still may) that was very similar but then I saw that Abs. Diesel already makes one. You can also get it without the hose and valve for $90.
Use 90-100 psi and you should find it.

So I got it running, took it out for a test drive
Ficm was 48v
Icp idled 586-620
Full throttle icp was 3682
Vgt was between 30-70
Felt like I got a good bit of power back😁
But on another note I got back parked it, turned it off and back on and it slow cranked for 10-15sec till it started is that normal? Or is maybe the starter fried?
On restart cranking scanner showed
Icp 580-700
FMP was 48.5
Ficm sync
Battery 10.2-10.8
Ipr was 65%
2nd restart it took 5sec if cranking and started right up.
