Ok,

I got new monroe reflex shocks 4 up front. now at 67 mph, I get a terrible shimmy? tires have been rotated and didnt have this prob until shocks replaced.

suggesstions

Sounds like either a weight has fell off one of your tires that was on the rear or you have a out of round tire. Did you rotate the tires yourself? If you did it or the tire shop - that's where it needs to go IMO

Have the tire shop check the balance on your tires. Also if its been some time since you rotated till now, then you prolly have whats called "Cupping". This will fade as the tires wear since they were in a different spot before. Especially if you changed from side to side.
