You do have some thinking to do with regard to the direction you want to take your Carryall in its new life (Restore vs Rest-mod)...
It seems to be an unmolested original in most respects so the idea of taking it back to 'Day 1' original has a certain appeal if you could duplicate all its original factory markings. It would however only be as it has always been if restored to factory original - just kinda plain and non-descript.
Going the resto-mod route opens up so many opportunities. Like our friend in Las Vegas who restored his grandfathers yellow 1979 shortbox F100 and tried to add every available, and some unavailable but unique Ford pieces, to his multi-year restoration which turned out to be a wonderful interpretation of a BumpSide that Ford could have optioned up - except for things like thee Crown Vic suspension and such. Why does his username get away from me at this moment - sorry???

Hey guys,
My B100 was sitting for a day and when I went out this morning to start it there is no power at all to the electrical. The turn signals are working only, no headlights and it will not even crank. I do not have a solenoid on the passenger side engine compartment either. Battery voltage is 12.68. I jumped the solenoid on the starter and it spins. Any ideas?
Two months and no updates or additional photos of your Carryall(?)...

Thanks for asking! I bought the lowering kit (DJM beams, shackles and hangars) and they are waiting for me to do the install. I am also debating on adding fuel injection on the 302 or just swapping in a crate Engine that is fuel injected. I want to add the auto overdrive trans as well. Any recommendations for a solid highway cruiser type vehicle?

what speed on the highway? if its going to be signifigant milage and speed then figure your tire size and back track from there on the rear gear.... just a suggestion
