B100 CarryAll
I'm kind of on the fence. Part of me says that is probably one of the best preserved B100s left in existence. But an over the top Sema build would be awesome too. I wouldn't stop with the homely, lopsided 302 efi, go full on Coyote. Not too trendy on the faddish cartoon wheels bagged look though, keep it tastefully timeless.
Just one old man's opinion but why FUBAR a neat vehicle?
It is quite interesting as is. I can understand wanting to modernize the power plant, drive line.

With regard to the resto-mod vs resto vs original decision, I wondered whether you could not have it both ways (resto or resto-mod) by securing a second frame to house all of the original parts against the day it gets put up for sale. With that, one could offer the options of resto or resto-mod or both. What would be interesting is the result of an auction with those options. We's see which option won fetching the higher price.
Thus it would be important to understand more about whether the frame is the same as more commonly available Ford vehicles of this era. My guess is that the body from the doors back is the only unique part of it.

Inquiring minds ...
I've seen pics of longer, four door, Dentside SUVs from South of the border. And looking at the pics again, it looks like it could be on a short bed frame, if it does indeed share the frame with a pick-up. I think that windshield my be of the unlaminated variety too - not safety glass as we know it up here.
Where or how would we find the data that would confirm or disconfirm this? Were they sold only in Mexico or did other countries o/s of the U.S. also have this option? Does the data held by Marti extend beyond the US? Does NumberDummy have contact with colleagues in Mexico and beyond? How about Hemmings?

Where was this B100 assembled, in Mexico, Brazil or?
1953: Henry J. Kaiser purchased ******-Overland of Toledo OH, moved Kaiser production there (Frazer cancelled after 1951).
He ended ****** car production after 1955, but retained Jeep, renamed the company Kaiser-Jeep. Then...several years later, Kaiser-Jeep sold ******-Overland of Brazil to FoMoCo.
There has to be a Warranty Plate or similar somewhere on this B100. Post a pic of it.
Marti has 1967/79 records for all US/Canada vehicles. You'll have to contact him and ask if he has any foreign records.

I have no idea where to point you on that. I'd bet there were something like that in Brazil too because they were known to use Ford stamping long after the styles changed. There are bumpsides down there running Y blocks, cool old 4 door pickups. I'm not at home or I could share a collection of pictures saved over the years. Several B100s
