Unhappy 6.4L Not Starting or Cranking, Gauges Haywire

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum seeking some help. I have read a few threads about similar problems and have tried what they mentioned but have gotten no where. If anyone could shed some light it would be appreciated:

Vehicle: 2008 Ford F450 Super Duty, 6.4L Diesel

Problem: Truck does not start, crank, run. The dashboard gauges stop working, all types of lights turn on and flash, anti theft starts flashing, air conditioner condenser does not start, nothing works. Cannot connect the computer to see error codes. Vehicle is a utility truck so it does not use a chip key. (sometimes it does start up perfectly, others it starts up with dash not working and turbo off)

Some Background: Truck has been perfectly fine until this issue, everything runs perfectly on it, mechanics say engine is in great shape and has no problems mechanically.

What we and the mechanics have done: New abs module (apparently it was bad, helped start the truck the first time), New ignition module, new interior fuse box, new computer and programming, disconnected batteries, checked relays and fuses (front box and interior box), tried manually cranking using the starter wire and battery with key in ignition, cranks, but no start, did a key cycle,

What we are guessing: The dash is having problems connecting with the computer and not sending/receiving the signal properly, every once in a while it starts up absolutely perfectly, but then just dies again.

We have already invested in 2 mechanics and have yet to fix the problem, if anyone can shed some light it would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks for the thought sxrfun, we considered it. Actually one of the mechanics came by yesterday when it wasn't starting and he shook a group of cables that run along under the driver fender and the truck started right up. Apparently he noticed it while making the other repairs, and did not mention it, so now he is going to inspect them and see where the fault is to repair it. One step closer.
