"P20BA" is a redundant heater code. Its a code for the heater in the def tank. The tank heater is part of the Sender and Heater assembly.
Depending on your mileage it may be under warranty, notice I said may. Your in for a trip to the dealer and they will have to tell you what is going on. I suspect they will tell you the heater and sender will need to be replaced, if so lets hope it is covered under warranty.
I believe there are a few folks that have been out of warranty and bought the parts and swapped out the old to the new.
I've got the same code. It has been on all year since DEF fluid starts to crystallize at 12 deg F, I haven't worried about it until recently. Now it is a repair I'm thinking about since it is getting cold. Been quoted as a $700 repair from a local shop. At 140K miles, I'm not under warranty. Hopefully you have lower mileage.

There are others who have done it and have said it is not that hard of a job to do, and if your wrench handy I doubt your going to have a heard time taking the old out and putting the new in.
