DEF Heater

Has anybody had any issues with there DEF heater I am having mine replaced at 78000 miles not under warranty on my 2015 F350 6.7

The warranty on the DEF heater has been extended. You can get a refund in most cases. You should have received a letter from Ford about the warranty extension. Contact your dealer about changing it to warranty coverage. Also, if you read the 6.7l forum, you might find out other things you are wondering about.

There have been a few failures, enough to extend the warranty. Let the service advisor know of the warranty, they should look it up on oasis and by part number.
