I ordered a set off front add a leafs for my 01 f250, 1.5”-2” of lift. They measure 2” wide vs the 3” wore factory springs. My question is has anyone run these springs on their trucks? I’m worried that there not wide enough and strong enough since I have a winch on the front. Other competitors have add a leafs hat are 3” wide.
What brand? Part number? Thought about some new springs? Might give a better ride.
I plan on ATS X-codes for my truck, should raise the front an inch. I've seem other's on here use Pro-Comp springs as well.
They were from eBay, by topgun customs 32680. I emailed them and they assured me it was the proper springs, but I winch tractors in fields a lot so I donÂ’t want them to lose their spring rate. I think the 3 inch wide ones from other suppliers would be better

I agree I wouldn’t use them if they aren’t as wide as the other leafs just like I wouldn’t use a 2” wide block under 3” springs. If your springs are worn out and sagging I would get a new leveling kit spring packs form procomp or who ever you want to use instead of trying to supplement old worn out springs with one of those mini packs or add a leafs. Just my opinion/ suggestion.
The guy from the company emailed me assuring they work so I may try them, it has good reviews online so idk it’s iffy. I’ll swing by 4wheelparts and see if they have a sale. Thank you for the replies.
Never use a 2" leaf under a 3" leaf no matter what top gun customs says. Second add a leaf are HORRIBLE in the front of our truck's. Your springs are most likely sagged out from age and being too light for the truck, ford likes to use light duty springs on these trucks. Save up and get factory x-codes or buy a set of quality level springs
Yea I figured that, they sent me pictures of them installed on super duties but I decided not to use them. I actually got a deal on tuff country add a leafs and used them. The ride is good, if I were to do it again I’d get the x codes though , they aren’t that badly priced online. Thank you all for the replies.
