Anyone ever use or have input on JBG leaf springs? I need to get some 6" leafs for a 96 f150 that currently has 5.5" lift blocks!! Heres a link: JBG Leafs
JBG doesn't make springs, those are Superlift, and the suck the big one.
They also sell deaver springs, which are great springs, and would be a good quality set, but pricy!
Those superlift springs suck and sag over time, have no load rating, and don't flex.
Those Deaver springs would give a smooth ride, and flex like mad.
A 3" add a leaf would cause a littler rougher ride, but it'd be better than having a 6" block, and you could do a shackle flip or sky manufactuoring shakle kit.
I was looking into the shackle flip but was recommend buy the local offroad club to just get new springs and be done with it.. how are the skyjacker leafs? or procomp? I don't need super flex cause the truck didn't come with sway bars and it's already fairly crazy around corners I plan on adding a fornt sway bar but didn't think i needed the rear
Skyjacker would be good. Procomp....don't know.
The cheaper route would be shackle flip/add a leaf.
The more expensive way would be new pair of leaf packs, and any good springs will cost a pretty penny, which is why I have a add a leaf.
