This little beast comes through the firewall near the parking brake cable. One line is hot all the time (the larger, solid red), then the two others are not, even with key on. One is blue and the other is red with a gray or tan stripe? Here is a photo. It's about 1cm in diameter. Previous owner had wires connected to two of them with what I used to call "U-Haul connectors" (not sure if that is the official name, but it's what we used at a trailer shop 40 years ago). I believe he had it connected to a trailer brake but cannot swear to it. Thanks.
That would be a factory trailer brake wiring plug on a 87-91 truck, red is the constant hot for the brake controller, blue is brake controller to trailer and the last one just says brake which also goes to the trailer plug (maybe the 6 pin plugs had just a brake signal wire?)
