Trailer Brake Controler

I have a 94 f150. I am wanting to install a trailer brake controler it it and the 7 pin connector. I looked under the dash and have the plug there for the controler. After reading through past post I know that I will need the adaptor for that. But how do I tell if I have the factory trailer wiring? I do have a flat 4 plug at the back already but do not know if it is factory. Can anyone tell me where the factory wire ends if i dont have the wiring? Is it something I can order from ford? Any info would be great. Thanks

Ok, what brake controller needs 7 pins?

Hot, brake output, ground, trailer light sense....what am I missing?

The 7 pin connector is the trailer connector at the rear bumper, not the brake controller connector under the dash...
