Trailer/Brake wiring
Looking for a little help. I have an older 19' travel trailer pulling with 73 camper special. Six pin round connector. I have from the wiring harness accounted for and hooked up all the wires from the stock harness on the truck except one. I have brake light, running lights, l/r turn signals and one wire left that is a hot 12V positive. I am guessing that if it was tied to the positive side of the battery on the trailer that it would be the one to charge the battery while traveling. However, I thought that was done thru the connector with a wire .Second part of this is the electric brake. I have done one before and I know about the cold side of the brake switch and the battery connection and the ground, but again where does the final wire that activates the brakes for the trailer go. I know this has to go on the connector, but what am I missing.
Thanks for any help.

L signal/brake
R signal/brake
taillights
electric brakes
ground
aux 12 power.
The above adds up to six, so you should have enough pins to run all the wires through the plug.
