Wiper spray not working
I tested the washer plug for voltage I get OL when I press the washer button. I do get some washer fluid coming out of the sprayers but it's very very little.

Try using some white vinegar in case someone used regular tap water in the washer reservoir.
Also, someone may have taken a sharp seamstress pin or safety pin and wallowed out the washer jet hole. If so, you can get replacements from the Ford dealer. I had the same problem you had and someone thought that it was a good idea to wallow the head of each out sprayer.
I replaced them both and no problems. I think it cost $6 for 2.

I skimmed past the OL part because of this statement. To me, it sounded like the pump was working but not getting much volume.

"OL" and reading there wasn't much volume from the sprayers totally suggested the Pump was working.....
