Beware of Chinese switches. I had a new one fail the second time I turned it to start. You can get those things at your local parts house. I got the latest one from NAPA. At least if it breaks I can just drive downtown and give it back to them. Their PN is ECH KS6457, $21.95 with a key, less without one. Any good locksmith can re-key any of your locks to match each other.
I'm going to have to replace the entire ignition switch assembly (cylinder, bezel, switch mount and switch) in my 1964 F100.
I want to get it with the door locks also, so one key will fit both.
Can anyone recommend a site or give me a link of where to buy a set?
The original ignition switch (C3AZ-11572-A) was replaced by FoMoCo w/a 1967 type (C7UZ-11572-A) that has an extra terminal.
If you can find an original, you won't have to figure out how the replacement was wired.
FTE member Banjo Picker (aka Confederate Diesel), had the schematic, but he died several years ago. He typed several posts that have the schematic, if you can find any of them.
The switch was available NOS, from repro parts sellers, from auto parts stores. The bezel is reproduced.
There is a spacer between the switch and the back side of the dash. Once the switch is removed, the spacer falls out.

Good memory Bill, this may be one of the post you were referring to.
