Boost issues
I bought an 05 6.0 and after a few minutes of running it would loose boost it drops to about 10-12 lbs it had an edge juice in it I have removed it and smashed it all over I had a hard tune installed now I have more power but it didn't fix the issues I have replaced the turbo no help with boost issue now what has happened is the tow haul button quit working and today it started to flash started to shift really weird and I was able to limp it a few miles now it won't move at all I thought maybe the computer so I put another one in it any ideas

Wow, well........welcome to FTE for starters, you came to the right place for advice.
Let's start with one thing at a time in that list.
Do you have a way to monitor data live? And tell us if it has any codes currently?
You can try checking the hose from the intake to the MAF, to make sure it's clean and there is no gunk build up in the port that comes off the manifold. Check the hose for cracks. If there is restriction there it can affect the boost.
Same thing with the EBP sensor on the later builds such as yours. Might have sooty build up in the line that runs off the drivers side manifold up to the sensor.

what about the tow haul light flashing and shifting weird and then not moving at all at first I was limping it home by shutting it down and restarting and it would only drive in 3rd until now it won't engage in gear it's weird but I'm not thinking the tranny went but I'm not sure it's going to the dealership this week but would like to get a better understanding because I loose sleep thinking about possible problems

And I have replaced the hose that goes to the map sensor the one that was on it was falling apart I've checked all the sensors now the edge programmer that was in it had bare wires thats what was making me think the computer shorted out and maybe having it flashed would fix the boost issues

Well the OD/Tow light flashing could be a starting point.
As previously said, set it back to stock.
I had an issue with a custom tune that loaded wrong and I had a similar issue. I flashed back to stock and reloaded the tunes on the programmer and it fixed the issue.
Might want to look up the test procedure on the map sensor. You need a vacuum pump, 9volt battery and multi meter.
