Replacing Ignition tumbler without keys. 1975 E150
Looking for a way to remove the tumbler without a key, I live in the boonies, so there are no locksmiths available to me here. The door locks should be a breeze i reckon. 1975 E150 Chateau, blue, if it matters lol. Thanks in advance, F O T

The old dash mounted ignition switches are easy to replace, at worst if you replace the lock cylinder and the Ignition Starter Switch, it's just a matter of unscrewing the trim ring holding the starter switch to the dash panel.
If your just replacing the lock cylinder, the there is a method of drilling out the cylinder pins to remove the core, turning the cyl and pushing in the release pin to pull the key cyl out.
Found this video that might give you the direction you need.
Disclaimer...........Above info is base on the OP outright owing the said vehicle.
