won't start
fuel gauge went out, auxiliary fuel tank selector fuse went out(changed it and the selector switch), only getting fuel from the front tank, battery light is on. and now it won't start, any ideas?

Common starting system problems:
Dead or weak batteries
Corroded battery cable / crossover
Starter solenoid
Tired starter
Air intrusion
Glow plugs
If it's cranking hard and fast but takes one or more 20 sec attempts to start then you've got air intrusion. Eventually the mechanical fuel pump will prime the system and it should start, even if it cranks a while. Air intrusion common sources are return lines and o-rings.
If it's not cranking hard and fast then you've got something in the list above going wrong.
If it's not cranking at all it's electrical.
