Do the lift pump check, IP shut off diconnected, crank starter, 4-6 psi at the shreader valve, (or are you getting fuel out of the schreader valve).? If not time for a new lift pump, or a big air leak in the system. Good luck.

Look at the return lines between the injectors. If they are painted gray - replace as this is where the air is getting into the system. What happens is that small cracks in the hose will let air into the hose but will not let fuel out. Also check along the frame for rusting steel fuel lines. rust on these lines will form a very small hole to let air into the system letting the fuel return to the fuel tank- replacing the fuel with air.
