It can be a failing torque converter, or valve body issues causing the torque converter clutch to stay locked all the time.
Are there any codes?
4R70Ws cannot be interchanged with E4ODs. The electronic controls are completely different.

thanks for the info, there's not codes because there is no engine anymore. If there is a way to check the trans without the engine please let me know

It could be low trans fluid.

the whole truck shutters when its at a stop sign but that's only in gear when its in neutral it don't shutter

it was never about the engine, I was just asking why is there shuttering when the truck comes to a complete stop wile in gear

Well, it does become kind of difficult to speculate on an old observation when you cannot go back and test, but the shuddering you mentioned may be related to the torque converter. It's hard to go wrong with any advice you get from Mark Kovalsky. I would go with checking that fluid level first.
As to testing a transmission, there is a device called a transmission dynamometer that the very best transmission rebuilders will have. May be difficult to get some time on your used transmission unless you know somebody.

Except that is it about the engine. What is the full story here? What is powering this truck? This thread is beyond confusing.
