2016 F250 CCSB 4x4 6.2 with a brake problem brewing. 18,6xx miles.
Last week I get into the truck- first time for the day- start it and put into gear. Take my foot off the brake pedal (2 degree decline) and truck stays still. Split second later I'm rolling.
2 days later same thing.
This past Saturday I'm turning around in a cul-de-sac...had to do a 3 point turn as there was a car in my way. Get to the third point, put the truck back into drive and take my foot off the brake (level road) and truck goes nowhere. Give it a little gas and truck rolls but I feel the front driver side holding me back and have a low pitch grind/rubble sound for 1-2 seconds. Then magically it's gone and truck is driving fine. Happens again later in the day.
So now I'm thinking I have a sticky caliper.
This afternoon I am coming to a stop at a red light and at about 10-12mph while braking all of a sudden I get a prominent grinding sound and feeling. I let off the pedal and then right back on the brakes as I still have to come to a stop to not hit the guy in front of me and all is fine.
I'm thinking about having the dealer lube my caliper pins and check for anything else wrong while the brakes are apart. Does this sound like a good place to start?
The hill descent button would be right next to the traction control button if you have it.
The traction control engages in 2wd. That can go off in just about any situation, mainly bumpy turns. It sends out all sorts of weird noises and vibrations from the front wheels.

I definitely don't have the hull decent...just traction control. I'm driving to Raleigh today from Charlotte so I will drive with TC off. Thanks for the suggestion.
