I have a 83 f150 with a Ford NP208 and after changing axel gears to 4.11 and going to 32" tires I'm sure I'll need to get recalibrated for the speedo to read properly. Most recalibration kits I've seen are either not for the Ford NP208 or the ratio boxes are not compatible with our mechanical cable end. Any suggestions are appreciated.
You can change the speedo gears to get the calibration you need. Each gear has a different color depending on the teeth count. The gear in the case ranges around 6 to 8 and the one on the cable around 16 to 21, I think. The gear in the case may require unbolting a rear housing off, or taking a yoke and seal off.

Appreciate the reply, the Ford NP208 does seem to be a different animal compared to other makes NP208. Called and spoke to Bob of Bob's Speedometer Service and the deal is I send him a cable and he'll splice in a ratio box to correct. To get him started I tell him what the speedo reading is compared to my phone's GPS mph. If anyone's interested here's his site:
