I read all the reviews for the Pedal Commander and I bought one - got it on sale on the Ford Raptor Forum for $250.00
It's awesome! It wakes up my 2017 Ford Raptor Super Crew - it's like a tune but it's not. There are all kinds of options regarding settings. Most people seem to run it on Sport+
I can tell you that in all my years online I can't think of another product that has been universally almost unanimously so well reviewed. People love the thing.

so basically its a lazy mans tuner? Im lazy sometimes lol i can dig this.
is there any benefit to running it in eco mode?

It's not a tuner at all. This device adjusts the sensitivity and behavior of your "by wire" accelerator pedal. It does have some pretty good reviews but I did see one complaint on Amazon about an ineffective Eco mode. I think the benefits are more performance related.
