You may be able to expand your search because I heard the same handle assemblies are used on the 2015-up F150. Are you looking to guard against easy entry? I may order a rear handle assembly to replace the driver's door handle and eliminate the lock cylinder. That also eliminates the proximity unlocking feature, but I've been unlocking doors with a key fob for about 20 years ... why change now?

yea i feel you. i actually dont have the super whizbang gadgets either.

mostly want them because of how easy it is to just twist the cylinder in the plastic.

I want to keep the driver side lock because its pretty common for battries to get fried in the AZ heat.

You can still jump start truck from underneath by attaching jumper cables to the starter in case both your truck batteries and key battery died.

Did this, they still pried the handle out and got in regardless and then you are left with a mangled door as well. Reskin and paint at $4500. *****bags are gonna *****bag, deterrents may keep honest people honest, but if someone is determined they are going to defeat anything you throw at them. I have just accepted that down here in Texas these trucks are a hot commodity amongst thieves and no handle swap, cylinder removal, or aftermarket security system is going to change that. This is the sad reality of owning these trucks.
