I have a 2002 f350 super duty RWD. Its has a 5/7 drop(kit unknown). Im changing the front shocks and notice it has the Monroe(Part number 34684). I have 24 inch wheels on it and over the years it has started to bounce more and bottom out when hitting bumps. i would like to get a nice set of shocks. I heard of the bilstein and belltech shocks. Do anyone have a part number or the recommend extended length, collapses length and travel length of a recommend shock i should use. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since it is not stock you are going to probably determine those measurements yourself or take it to a shop that installs shocks and have them take the measurements.
Just an FYI. If it's bottoming out, it's because the front coils are worn, not because the shocks are bad (although they probably are too).
Kit unknown means you'll need to figure out spring measurements or visit a spring shop that can measure and custom order a new set of coils for you. Unless your lowering kit just involves those clamps that limit spring movement and it's using the stock springs.
As others have said you're going to have to measure what you need. When you begin looking for shocks give some serious consideration to KYB Montube shocks.
The price is very reasonable, the ride is excellent and they hold a load very well. Although not a big name shock like Rancho or Bilstein they have a very good reputation.
Regarding what you need you may be able to cross reference what you have i.e. Length/ compression
Here's the link to what I installed, NOT what you'll need.
