SYNC Connect Embedded Modem

When ordering what package includes the SYNC embedded Modem and how do I know if my truck has it or not?

I've tried using the FordPass app to use remote controls and I'm not able to get it working.

You have to add the equipment to use the app. It doesnt come with the truck. You can find the modules online and how to do it as well. If you search on here there are a few threads about it.

If you're trying to remote start with your cell phone it's not going to work. There are a few threads on the subject.
