Ok,thanks. Just had the truck serviced yesterday (brakes). Had the mechanic do a once-over for the suspension. He said everything is good, the shocks might be the original once, but they are not leaking or sagging.
Why go with the HD, regardless? What is the reasoning? Bilstein recommends the 570/857 combo for long wheelbase and the 563/840 combo for a short wheelbase RV. If going on a E350 passenger van that rarely sees a heavy load, wouldn't I want the lesser of the two?
