What difference do premium shocks make?
Hi,
I have a E-350 that is basically going to be lightly loaded for most of its life with me.
Never over 1,000 lbs weight in it... maybe maximum 1,500.
Does it make any sense to buy premium shocks or should I just get the standard shocks?

If you're replacing the shocks anyway, it's worth it to spend a little extra now to get the better ride, more control and longer life. If you're thinking about this as a potential future mod, drive the van for a few weeks and see how you like the ride, if you notice a lot of body lean or that the van is seesawing or overreacting to dumps and tossing you around the cabin, shocks will help.
