Yes the second sticker is 1989 which is strange truck is a 90 vin is a 90 but engine says 89. Guess it's like my dads 76.5 highboy. EBay has always been a little shady to me, due to the fact people can list anything under different p/n or switch it for something else. Just feels like I could get ripped off to easy. My wife on the other had swears by it.

I don't know what parts the stickers are on, but the 89 could have been a replacement part from a scrap yard.
They come with 1 VECI sticker, not two.
Check inside the drivers door, should be a sticker in their.

No joy on the door. Which leads me to the belief it is a replacement, wouldn't surprise me much though I have the newer style door panels up front but the originals in back.
