I know all to well how the heat will zap the strength out of you. Was that in your daily driver that the A/C quit?
Ya the old Chevy stopped cooling , was working fine a few days before. I'm not going to have it repaired. I very seldom drive it as it is and only keep it because it runs so well. Body is getting really bad on it now and not worth spending any money on it. It might end up being parts one of these days for another project. has a very good drive train and fairly low mileage for a 19 year old vehicle..
It's a very nice panel and looks to have very little rust if any and no reserve over $2400, good deal but not in favor of the side windows in the back and would be a lot of work closing them..

Just keep looking. I saw pictures of a 57 F100 that was restored, I thought that thing was sharp.
Don't think I want to do another truck , think I'd like to do a car if the right one came along but really can't afford to do one so not looking too hard...I have enough on my plate with these two trucks..
The more I see them the more I like them, I don't think I'd find one around here though but then I haven't really been looking..if there was one it would likely be in pretty bad shape..
How hard is it to get a vehicle through customs from the US?
I'm sure with the right paper work it's a breeze, a gut I know had no problem bringing a truck over, he also has a flat deck tow truck and I could never afford him or his truck...lol
