I like driving through small towns unless I'm in a hurry to get somewhere. Towns around here though are at least an hour apart ...

Speed limits on the two lane is 55. The towns on 24 aren't very far apart.

I have the transmission all packed up and ready to go with all the necessary paper work. Will be taking it down to Dryden in the morning to meet the truck driver for pick up...

Same speed limits as up here but can usually drive 15 over that without getting a ticket..

That sounds like a royal pain in the **** for something that wasn't your fault.

It is but if I want to recoup some of my money that's what I got to do. Saving over $200 by taking it to Dryden..we have some shopping to do anyway so kill two birds ...

The speed limits vary in the small towns from 25 to 30 MPH and small town cops like to pull everybody over.
