Sounds like you have a sensor shorted. Wish I was home to find the pinout for the center PCM connector. But check your fan wiring and unhook your other sensors like MAP EBP ICP Maf etc
Just pulled the DTC codes. It's engine coolant temperature circuit high input, engine oil temperature sensor circuit high input, and injection control pressure censor circuit input low. I'm gonna try to unplug the ICP today and see what happens.
Did you unhook any sensors yet? I would start with the ECT and EOT sensors first one at a time. Then move on to the ICP wiring. It looks more like a chaffing issue. Time to get your hands dirty.

I had friend look he said it looked like ICP. I've taken off the FICM and air filter. I can't find it though. Is it under and plates?
Just unplug it and leave it in place or you will have oil everywhere. The sensor it self will take a 1 1/18" socket the IPR will take a much bigger wrench and is round with the pigtail coming out the side instead of the top like the ICP

Ok. I'm just gonna unplug it and then put the truck back together. I'll let you know if it starts. Thank you for the help I appreciate it.
