Is this Normal?
This can't be normal. I was changing out my rear differential seal and u joints today and when I pulled out the rear differential seal I noticed my oil slinger looked bent. I pulled it out and sure enough its bent on the inside of the ring. Is this normal or am I going to have to order a new one?

Yeah it looks damaged to me. You might want to check the bearings while you're in there. The way that is bent looks like a worn bearing was allowing the shaft to move too far to one side and press on the slinger.
