Roll-N-Lock Series A Bed Cover

I had a Roll-N-Lock on my 04 Chevy, then a Pace Edwards Jack Rabbit on my 08 F250. Decided to go with a Roll-N-Lock Series A on my 17 Platinum. Very nice product. They went away from the tail gate lock they used to have, so no aluminum bar installed on the tail gate. Very easy installation, took me about 90 minutes to install.

Everything came packed very nice and safe.

Hardware... I like that they have pre-installed the mounting block on the rails.

Sits nice and tight between the bed rails.

I also installed the cargo manager.

Didn't take much to adjust it to fit perfect. Basically measure the width at the front box, then make sure the rear is the same width.

The cover sits nice and low...

The A Series is their aluminum version of the cover. Very nicely powdercoated.

Very satisfied with the bed cover. Install was easy and the quality is very nice.

Very nice! I have had Roll-n-Locks on my previous two trucks. Didn't know they did away with the bar on the tailgate. I ended up ordering a Retrax Pro MX.

$1419 shipped @ tonneaucovered.com and that included a tailgate seal.

I have to carry tools and supplies in my truck. I have a fifth wheel box in my truck now, do you think the cargo manager would work if I were to put some storage bins for my supplies in there?

I carry tools in a rubbermaid action packer, spare tires and a few gas cans back there and the cargo manager works for me.

About 10" x 8.5" x 60". 8.5" is the depth from the top of the bed rail to the bottom of the canister.

I'm looking at these as well. I was under the impression that they had a vinyl cover over the aluminum slats, but I see yours doesn't. Is this a newer style or a different option? Thanks

I bought and installed one last week on my '18 SD and I couldn't be happier. Took about an hour to install. Full disclosure - the instructions left lots to be desired however if you're halfway mechanically inclined and you'll figure it out. Even if you're not, there's always YouTube. Mine does have a vinyl-ish top which I like. Below is the link.

I am on my second one. The finish on my first one started peeling around the 10-11 month mark. The company that I bought it from installed a new one at n/c. I thought that was pretty strong since I had switched it over from my '17 to my '18 a couple of months earlier. They included some of the 33 Aerospace protectant (sample size) so I am using that on the new one.
