Yes, Another Casting No. Question
Code for bearing caps is C2AE
Code on heads is C4AE
My best estimation is that the stroke is 4"
It's an FE motor based on the number of valve cover bolts - 5 and the random casting numbers on the block. JMO
By what I've read on various forums/posts, if I'm pretty close on the stroke measurement it's not a 427, but too close to call as to whether it's a 410 or 428.
(PO swore it was a 429, but it for sure isn't that b/c of the above and the block casting numbers.)

Identifying an FE engine.
The valve cover bolt count would rule out a 429 or any other "385" series engine (stroke is 3.85") such as a 460.
Casting numbers are not very helpful. An accurate measurement of the stroke will differentiate a 360 from a 390 FE (3.5 vs 3.784).
Wikipedia does a pretty good job of providing the essentials of the FE engine family.
