The difficulty in installing and removing the primary fuel filter cap sounds like the cap threads are messed up. You may be getting air in that way. Bubbles from the engine side means an injector problem or problems.

Not sure if it has been asked before, but what is the fuel tank level?
well I got the old cap off it was a real bear but I think what happened was I maid the mistake of using a deep socket and it slipped off and well it was a slippery slop from there lol oh wait I just reread your post your talking about the cap on the frame ok I guess I should probably get a new cap or can I look at the threads and see there messed up the fuel tank level is almost a half now. If I have a injecter problem which I figured I did with the bubbles coming from the motor side how do I find out which injecter or injecters are the problem?

One step at a time, fix the fuel delivery and give us a PSI reading. We also need 12 volts on the battery.

I went out and rented the fuel pressure tester last night as soon as I get home from cuttin grass I'm going to hook it up and I'll let you know what kind of pressure I'm getting also I had the batteries tested about a week or two ago at auto zone and they tested out good

ok so I got home and got everything ready when I tried to take out the plug it was so tight I'm guessing from heat or maybe the guy I bought the truck off of over tightened I don't know but anyway it rounded out I can't get it out to put the fitting in to check the pressure. Pulling my hair out hear. So I ordered an aluminium fuel filter cap with the velve on top to check the pressure so when that gets hear I'll put it on and check the pressure and I'll update you. Thanks again

Hey guys just wanted to update. And I'm very happy to say I've finally figured out what was wrong ironically about a week after all this headache started I purchased a blue spring update but I put it aside thinking I'll update that once I fix whatever was wrong so after a couple times of trial and error changing fuel pump fuel filters fuel filter caps etc etc I started to wonder maybe I should do that update maybe there was a problem with that some how of course I said na I don't think so. The other day I was just skimming through YouTube seeing what kinds of trouble shooting videos was on there for 6.0's and low and behold I found this video by dieseltechron about fuel pressure regulater so I watched it and he said that the O ring on that regulater is a common spot for leeks to occur so the next day I took about an hour or so and changed the regulater and all the O rings and purged my fuel lines and she runs like a scalded dog again. Thanks again for everyone's help. And I just wanted to post this conclusion for anyone out there that possibly could be having the same problem.
