I have a 1994 F350 7.3l IDIT and am converting it from automatic transmission to manual 5 speed. Have a new single mass flywheel but didn't come with new flywheel to crank bolts. The bolts that attached the flexplate to the crank are too short and are 2" long. I've found that the single mass flywheel bolts are 2 1/8" long and the dual mass flywheel bolts are 2 5/8" long but these bolts are no longer available. If I get the 2 1/8" bolts will they work with this flywheel that I got from the parts store.
I found new bolts and ordered them but found out today that they are not available. Does anyone have these bolts or know where I can get 9 bolts that I need to get my flywheel installed. They are 3/8" by 2 1/8" like the picture above.
I got new ones from a local bolt place as the ones that came with my flywheel stretched and wouldn't torque, just get grade 8 bolts and you'll be fine.

Each to their own but the factory flywheel and pressure plate bolts are grade 12, just like drive shaft bolts, head bolts, injection pump drive gear bolts.
I would try a common bolt to find the length, measure it and find a bolt dealer. There are places that deal just bolts and can get anything in any thread pitch
I finally found the right bolts I needed from Green Sales Company which handles a lot of the discontinued parts for this year Ford F350. I got the clutch in and the transmission installed. I am now having a problem mounting the transmission cross member to the transmission and found the E4OD cross member will not bolt up to the frame which is about 8" to 10" forward of the mounting holes that the E4OD mounted to. Also does anyone know what I will have to do to change the neutral safety switch so that I can start the engine with the ignition key. Also, is there anything that I need to do to the wiring harness or plugs that went to the automatic transmission.
Can you confirm that the SMF bolts are 3/8" (by what pitch?) X 2.125" long? ARP doesn't list the flywheel application, but if I have the correct specs I'm sure they have them.
I'm planning on replacing the clutch and having the flywheel cut when I put in my ZF S5-42, but I won't have the bolts out to compare until I take the truck off the road and pull the T-19. I'd like to have all the parts ready to go before I do that.
