is this okay?
so I'm about to instal the heads... my gasket has a different sized hole (smaller) than one of the water ports.....is this okay?

Yes, it's fine....just make sure the front of the gasket (labelled) goes to the front of the engine....both sides. One side will be visible whilst the other will not.

Looks fine to me. Just make sure they're correctly oriented-they should be stamped UP.
