Sync USB drive issues
I just got a 2017 F150 SCrew. The ride is WAY better than my '14. HOWEVER, the sync system is really pissing me off. When I try to play songs from my USB drive, the settings change, and it starts over on the first song every time I start my truck. SUPER FRUSTRATING. I called Ford and they were very little help. They recommended that I create playlists. This USB drive worked in my last truck just fine.
I have done the restart and the master reset and it still does it. Please help!!!

Every now and then, mine would start playing songs in alphabetical order.
I know Sync 3 doesn't like it if you disconnect the phone before shutting off the engine. Even if you were on a playlist or Artist, next time you enter the truck and start the engine and connect the phone it would revert to Alphabetical order. Totally random though, and doesn't do it every time.
