engine turns over, won't always start
Friday: leaving for work, truck cranks fine. Drive 45 minutes to work. I go to leave at 2:30 and it's sluggish starting. Turns over but won't crank. I wait a couple of minutes and it starts up, although a little slowly. Drive 15 minutes to my destination and cut it off. (parking on a hill, just in case). Come out 30 minutes later and it won't start at all. Continues to turn over, just no starting. Pushed it off and drove to AutoZone. They test the battery (good) and charging system (very good). Can't check the starter without removing it.
This morning (Monday): truck cranks O.K. Leave at 9:45 (truck was sitting for 2 1/2 hours), and it won't crank (still turning over, though). Push it off and drive 10 minutes to destination. 30 minutes later, the truck cranks right up and I drive back to work. I did leave the radio and the fan(a/c) off on my drive out and back. I'll see this afternoon when I head home if that made any difference.
I printed out the sketch that Franklin2 posted here and will try it when I get home. Aside from this, do any of you have any ideas?
Thanks.
