I don't know about the vinegar, because I don't know if I ever had them like that, but I really love the cheese sauce.

yeah.. not a vinegar fan. I use it as little as possible. Usually only use it to cook beef with, to tenderize with.

I used just a bit of vinegar on things like spinach and brussel sprouts. It takes away the bitterness. But I also like vinegar.

I used to take a shot glass about half full each morning, of apple cider vinegar. I hated it with a passion, but it helped me lose some weight. It also burned my throat and eventually gave me an infection in my throat and inner ear infection. I should have diluted it with something, but I wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible.

Supposed to make me almost barf-- then its working great--- actually supposed to help my bicarb levels in my blood-- its better then taking 8 pills to do the same thing-- so less pills :-)

I am going to mix it in my coffe tomorrow-- since I don't have diet pop anymore in the am. :-( In fact don't remember the last diet pop I have had?

I don't mind swallowing pills, never been difficult for me.


I would be tempted to get a bunch of pill sleeves and fill them with the baking soda so that they released in your stomach but not in your mouth. Wonder if you could have a pharmacist do that for you?
