1970 F100 Directional Blinker

What is the location of the turn signal flasher module for my old 1970 F100 Ford truck? Is it inside the instrument cluster or fixed somewhere else behind the dashboard? Thanks.

It is not attached to the back of the cluster like earlier Bumpside trucks. I believe it is hanging behind the cluster.

Found it hanging from its connecting wires behind the dash to the left of the column. Two terminals.
