PHP Insight Pro CTS2
i received my PHP Insight Pro CTS2 and installed it in my truck. There should be 4 tunes that come pre-loaded on the device but they don't appear to be there. I downloaded my stock configuration to the Distributor Offline tool and then connected to Ignition and registered the device.
Does anyone have experience with the PHP Insight Pro that can give me some guidance on how to access the 4 tunes that should come pre-loaded? It's the weekend so I can't call their tech support for assistance. I also don't have a distributor ID for PHP to set in the Ignition software.

From there fill out the custom tune form on their site and put in the notes that you are looking for the included free tunes. Be sure u use the same email that u used to purchase the cts2.
They will email you the instructions and tune files.

Thanks Richard..I spoke to someone at PHP prior to ordering and they assured me it would arrive pre-loaded. Which surprised me considering they didn't have any vehicle or strategy info.
For those considering the Insight Pro, be very careful what you buy. Edge part number 86100, Insight Pro CTS2 can only be used with tunes created by tuners using HP Tuner.. Power Hungry, Gearhead and others do not use that software and CAN NOT provide you tunes. Not sure who can and neither is Edge.
My advice would be to order your device directly from PHP or Gearhead. The correct part number is 87100 and can only be obtained from them or someone else acting as a dealer for PHP's version of the Insight Pro.
I now own both the PHP Insight Pro CTS2 87100 and an Insight Pro CTS2 part number 86100 that I can't do anything with and I am unable to return it. If anyone out there wants my 86100 version I'll make you a great deal!
