Did you know this??

I ordered my superchips flashpaq today, and when over to the website to read on their forums. Then I clicked on the company link then clicked history, and saw this;
In 2005, Superchips was acquired by MSD Performance. MSD Performance is comprised of MSD Ignition, Superchips, Edge Products and Racepak.

Now I dunno about you fellas but makes me wonder with the canned tunes of superchips and edge are they the same similar or what? One thing edge is out of utah, and they do not have a 09 f150 or up programmer at all nor one even in testing accourding to the email i got from a email i sent them this week??

While the companies may be under MSD performance, they still operate as separate entities.

As I understand it, the Edge has the ability to change more of the PCM/TCM parameters. Thus the Edge's canned tunes are better than the Superchips. The same is true for the SCT software/hardware.

If you can't wait for custom tunes and a real time display, then I would recommend Diablo before Superchips. If you can live without the real time display, get an SCT XCAL3 and have 5Star, PHP, or VMP tune it.
