Swarf_rat is right. Manual regen is only offered on XLT's as they are the normal pick for service vehicles that normally do inner city short distance driving.
I just undeleted mine, back to filling the DEF tank and seeing the cleaning messages.
I always seemed to get the regen started message just as I pulled onto my street. I generally ignored it and parked anyway.
